Description

Brasswing couldn't be Air Commander without a fair amount more training - she's good in the air but not Air Commander level.  ( And more complicated reasons that have to do with Seekers thinking she's awful, and most of the Air Wing being Seekers. )  Which is fine because she doesn't want the job.

No she has to hunt down an incredibly skilled flyer who wants to be air wing commander but not second in command. The severity of this issue is dependant on how far into this plan she thinks she is.
