Because sometimes you just get the urge to draw pointless fluff. 
Anyway, Terrorsaur and Waspinator chatting outside at the end of the day. Probably they spent the day on separate missions and want to catch up. Of course, the possibility exists that they were together all day and Waspinator is happily retelling it anyway. Terrorsaur's putting up with it, so it must have been a good day.
Other Vengeance, Transformers-as-humans, personal space and wasps cannot exist concurrently.
