Cloning up old dictators won't work anyway, especially if enough time has past.  You can't expect to show up and be all, "Let's invade Poland!" and have anyone go along with you when Poland no longer exists.

Or you clone up whoever because you think he is the best possible one to lead you to victory against the whoever ...  dude has no idea how warfare works any more because spaceships.

So maybe he's adaptable.  Maybe your dictator can figure it out.  Thing is, if you're digging through history to find a dictator to clone up so he can lead your group, you're Cobra.

You are going to get a megalomaniac who wears snakes and browbeats you constantly.

You will deserve it.
